
Before joining Hyatt & Weber, P.A., Shannon practiced land use law, worked in GIS, studied in Venezuela, and taught college laboratory courses. When away from the office, she enjoys making pottery, practicing her Spanish, and spending time with her family.
Shannon T. Waldron
Shannon concentrates her practice on land use, zoning, and administrative law. She has represented clients before the Annapolis City and Anne Arundel County Boards of Appeals and before the Anne Arundel County Office of Administrative Hearings. She counsels clients on projects ranging from small- to large-scale, including single-family home variances, annexation of property, subdivisions, non-conforming uses, condominium regulations, rezonings, critical area compliance, and multi-unit mixed-use developments.
Shannon received her law degree magna cum laude from Vermont Law School, where she was published in the Vermont Law Review. She earned her Master of Science from Penn State University and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida.
She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, and the Anne Arundel Bar Association. She previously served on the City of Annapolis Energy Efficiency Task Force.
