Take Maryland 50 to Rowe Boulevard (Exit 24 from the west or 24A from the east). Turn right onto Rowe Boulevard. Continue on Rowe Boulevard and turn right at the second traffic light onto Taylor Avenue. Proceed on Taylor for almost a mile to Westgate Circle. At Westgate Circle turn right and take the first right onto West Street.
The Severn Bank Building is on the left. Turn left onto Brown Street and then immediately left into the parking garage. The garage attendant will advise you where to park. Take either the rear or front elevator to the Fifth Floor.
Please remember that the front elevator is locked after 5:30 p.m.
