The Firm has a diverse commercial litigation practice enabling us to provide a depth of experience in a variety of complex business and commercial disputes. Our attorneys regularly appear in state and federal courts and administrative agencies handling all aspects of trial work, appeals, arbitration and mediation. Representative matters include business and contract disputes, employment matters (including enforcement of non-compete agreements), real property disputes, shareholder and partnership matters, insurance and workers’ compensation matters. The Firm has also handled cases that arise from professional liability, disciplinary proceedings, foreclosures and repossessions, as well as defending lender liability.
