Amendments Approved for Legislation regarding 2009 General Development Plan for Anne Arundel County
October 06, 2009 - The County Council further amended Bill No. 64-09, which legislation proposes the adoption of the 2009 General Development Plan. During the public hearing, council members adopted numerous land use amendments to the bill. The Council will hold a final public hearing and the amended legislation will be available for final vote on October 19, 2009.
