Annapolis considering new stormwater management regulations
October 26, 2009 - The City Council is considering new stormwater management (SWM) regulations for Annapolis. Introduced on October 5, 2009, the Council will hold a public hearing on Ordinance No. O-59-09 on Monday, October 26, 2009. The legislation has been referred to the Environmental Matters Committee, which currently plans to consider the bill prior to the Council's meeting on Monday, November 9, 2009.
