Anne Arundel County announces its policy on tolling development approvals
July 07, 2009 - The Anne Arundel County Office of Planning and Zoning has provided information on how Senate Bill 958/House Bill 921, "Construction Permits – Expiration Dates", operates with respect to County approvals. Certain deadlines associated with site development plans, subdivisions, special exceptions, and variances are tolled between January 1, 2008 and June 30, 2010 - see http://www.aacounty.org/PlanZone/Development/SB958-Tolling.cfm for the County's policy.
