Anne Arundel County changes school adequacy laws
December 19, 2007 - On December 17, 2007, the County Council adopted Bill No. 91-07, an emergency ordinance that has revised how the School Uitilization Chart is developed and used to determine the adequacy of public school facilities for residential development projects.
