Anne Arundel County releases proposed stormwater management regulations for review and comment
August 12, 2009 - To comply with stormwater management ("SWM") requirements set by the State of Maryland, Anne Arundel County is undertaking the incorporation of such requirements into the County Code. The County has made available a new draft of Article 16, Floodplain Management, Erosion and Sediment Control, and Stormwater Management. Comments on the proposed regulations should be sent by August 28, 2009, to: IPmaibox@aacounty.org.
