City Council Approves Green Building Legislation
March 14, 2008 - The City Council approved Ordinance O-56-07 Amended, which requires compliance with certain energy and environmental design standards equivalent to the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards for most developments in the City. The legislation was amended to include a grandfathering provision for certain commercial, public and residential projects. Please contact us for additional information.
