City of Annapolis adopts new Comprehensive Plan
October 14, 2009 - On October 5, 2009, the Annapolis City Council approved Resolution No. R-32-09Amended and adopted the 2009 Annapolis Comprehensive Plan. Staff from the Department of Planning and Zoning earlier stated that the Department expects to initiate comprehensive zoning processes soon after the Council's adoption of the Comprehensive Plan. *Note: Although the Plan available on the City's website (at: http://www.annapolis.gov/info.asp?page=8953) is identified by the City as the "final and adopted version" of the Plan, as of October 14, 2009, this electronic version omits certain amendments adopted by the Council. We will update our website when the final, adopted Plan has been made available by the City.
