County Council amends legislation regarding APF for schools
April 23, 2009 - Bill No. 8-09, for the purpose of adopting a new School Utilization Chart to be used in testing for the adequacy of public facilities (APF) for schools, was amended by the County Council at its meeting on April 20, 2009. Another public hearing before the Council on the amended Bill and Chart is scheduled to take place on May 4, 2009.
