County Council considering changes to mixed use zoning requirements
June 10, 2008 - Legislation pending before the County Council, if adopted, will change when the percentages of mixed uses on MX District properties may be modified. In addition, the legislation would increase the height limitations under the Mixed Use Residential category in certain circumstances.
