Dick Duden appointed as District Court Judge
September 24, 2008 - On the night of September 4, 2008, the Annapolis legal community gathered at Hyatt & Weber, P.A. to celebrate newly appointed Judge Duden's retirement from private practice. Judge Duden's formal investiture took place on September 17, 2008 in the historic courtroom located in the Anne Arundel County Circuit Court. Prior to receiving his appointment from Governor O'Malley, Judge Duden had been a Senior litigator with Hyatt & Weber, P.A. since December of 2001.
