Impact Fees Legislation for 2009
November 25, 2008 - Bill No. 71-08 will be in effect starting on January 1, 2009. Please note that between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2010, impact fees will be lower than they are now. The fees for residential development will be based on square footage and not on type of unit as they are now.
