Impact Fees Legislation Introduced
August 06, 2008 - The County Council recently introduced Bill No. 71-08, which would increase development impact fees. The Council is scheduled to hold a Work Session on the legislation on Tuesday, August 19 between 10 a.m. and noon in the County Council chambers (Arundel Center, 44 Calvert Street, Annapolis). In addition, a public hearing on the legislation is scheduled to be held on September 2, 2008.
