Proposed Legislation Significantly Increases Impact Fees
January 08, 2008 - The County Administration recently unveiled draft legislation which would dramatically increase impact fees for new development. The proposed legislation greatly impacts residential, commercial and office building projects. The County Council is expected to hold a work session on January 15, 2008 to discuss the proposed impact fees. Please contact our office to obtain a copy of the proposed legislation.
