Public Hearing on Green Building Legislation
January 14, 2008 - The City Council will hold a public hearing on Ordinance O-56-07, which requires all new construction and major renovations of any buildings greater than 10,000 square feet meet green building standards set by the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design ('LEED") rating system. The legislation also applies to new construction of or major modifications to single family homes. The public hearing will be held on January 28, 2008 at 7 p.m. in City Council Chambers.
