Public Hearings on School Adequacy Laws
April 09, 2009 - The County Council recently held a second public hearing on amended Bill 8-09, which would adopt a new School Utilization Chart. In addition, a public hearing was also held on emergency legislation (Bill 04-09), which would establish annual installment payments of the capital facility connection charge and the capital facility connection deferral fee.
