Shannon Waldron accredited as LEED AP BD+C
February 01, 2010 - Shannon Waldron, an attorney with firm's real estate and land use group, achieved accreditation in December 2009 as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP™) with a specialty in Building Design and Construction (BD+C). She was the 6th attorney in Maryland to achieve LEED accreditation with this specialty; only 8 attorneys statewide have attained this credential to date. Shannon counsels clients in Annapolis and Anne Arundel County on residential and commercial development issues, subdivisions, rezonings, and critical area compliance. She will utilize her LEED accreditation to assist clients in obtaining permits and approvals for their projects.
